You come to work in an open and informal atmosphere, the lines of communication are short and the doors are always open. Throughout the year, various outings are organized by the Staff Association. 


You will make an important contribution to making our customer support team a customer success team. From the quotation to the invoice, everything comes into contact with the customer support team. You will answer questions, process orders and ensure that they are delivered on time and you will be involved in escalations with small and large accounts. You have a coordinating role in this, with an eye for the combination of logistics and commerce. You maintain contact with the customer and always find a suitable solution to serve them as well as possible and to maintain the professional relationship with our valued customer. 

There is a lot of data available to analyze. You understand that this is valuable information that you can use to act proactively. For example, you can see at an early stage that a certain product can be delivered 3 weeks later than agreed. You take the initiative to ensure that the client is informed about this. So you are wondering why a delivery has not been delivered before. That's proactive, and that's what we mean by customer success. With you on board, working proactively becomes the new standard. In short, an administrative challenge to surprise small and large accounts with service.  

What do you take to us? 

  • An education in the direction of Business Administration, Business Administration or similar at HBO (bachelor) level. 
  • You are a real process thinker and are an expert in coordinating all kinds of things;  
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing; 
  • Dutch and/or German is an advantage. 
  • Analytical insight;  
  • Relevant work experience in a logistics environment.
