Save time and send us the article that needs to be repaired including the reparation form. We will handle it swiftly and efficiently. Our goal is to confirm within 24 hours that we have received your reparation request and to have the device ready within six days.
Assembly by Orlaco or by your own dealer
You will receive Orlaco’s camera and monitor system through the dealer or from Orlaco. That means that your own dealer can assemble the Orlaco camera system for you. For an assembly by Orlaco we would be glad to make an appointment with you.
Serial number check
Would you like to know the production date of an Orlaco product and whether your Orlaco camera is still in the warranty period? Do the serial number check. Of course, the nature of the malfunction determines whether we can treat the product under the warranty.
