Stoneridge-Orlaco introduces new digital 7” monitor
Stoneridge-Orlaco introduces the new HLED 7” High Definition digital monitor for the construction sector. With this new product, Stoneridge-Orlaco completes its current digital GMSL product portfolio. Due to its more compact size, the 7” HLED monitor is better suited for rearview solutions on wheel loaders, excavators, mobile cranes and other mobile equipment found on construction and mining sites.

New monitor
The new monitor is a complete new design compared to the current 10” HLED. Its full front glass coating and responsive capacitive keypad do not only give the monitor a much more modern look and feel, it also improves the overall environmental protection. The full glass cover makes the new monitor a lot stronger, easier to clean and watertight (IP69K). With an operational temperature of -30°C to +75°C (-22°F to +167°F), the high environmental protection and compact size makes the 7” HLED monitor a perfect fit for the demanding environments in which it will be used.
With the 7” monitor, Stoneridge-Orlaco’s real time digital GMSL product portfolio consists of heavy duty digital HMOS cameras with apertures varying from 30° to 180°, cables with waterproof molded connectors, a rugged switcher and 7” and 10” monitors.
Digital Rear View System
With the introduction of the 7" monitor, Stoneridge-Orlaco now offers a complete digital camera system that is suited as a no latency High Definition rear view system. With a reversing camera on your machine, you gain a better view of the working area to the rear of the machine making it possible to drive more safely when reversing. Thanks to the higher resolution, the image quality is much better compared to an analog system. The system therefore improves safety even further.
A GMSL Rear View system consists of a HMOS camera, an Orlaco GMSL cable and a 7" HLED monitor complete with mountings. The system is powered via the monitor; these cables must be connected to the power supply of the vehicle. The shock-proof and vibration-resistant system is waterproof (IP69K) and delivers a real-time image in HD quality. The GMSL cables are ADR-approved, fitted with IP67 waterproof connectors and are resistant to oil and gasoline.
