Rapid Repair procedure We have introduced a new procedure at Orlaco to ensure we can deal with repair requests from our customers in an even faster and more efficient manner. With this new procedure we are able to guarantee that all problems will be dealt with and solved within a set period of time. Once the item that requires repair is sent to us together with the completed repair form, we can immediately start the repairs procedure. Our aim is to report back to you within 24 hours informing you we have received the item and will repair the item within six working days.
