Any defective Orlaco device can be repaired through our service point. Once we have received the device we will return it to you within five working days. We kindly request you to fill in the repair form and to send it to our service point together with the defective device.

To ensure your repair request is handled quickly, please fill in the repair form accurately and e-mail it to service@orlaco.nl. This will help us to repair the device within a short period of time and return the device as quickly as possible. We aim to confirm your repair request within 24 hours and to have your device repaired and ready to be shipped back to you within six working days.
