Two new video control systems to be introduced during the SMM
The SMM trade fair will be taking place from Tuesday 23 to Saturday 26th of September 2008 in Hamburg, Germany. This is the perfect moment for us to introduce our two new video control systems. The first system is an analogue based solution and the second a fully network based solution.
The analogue system
The analogue system consists of an 8 and 16 camera version. The hart of the solution is the Orlaco Video Control unit. This is a completely prepared interface build into a cabinet to which the Orlaco cameras can be connected in any preferred configuration. Optionally it is possible to integrate recording for 8 or 16 cameras with the use of a 500GB Hard Disk recorder. Selection and control of the cameras as well as the Hard Disk recorder functions is performed with the use of a touchscreen keyboard with joystick. With the introduction of this plug & play solution Orlaco fulfils the need for Compact video solutions onboard of ships while maintaining flexibility and offering friendly control with the use of the multifunctional keyboard.
The network system
The network system that is being introduced is the Orlaco Marview system, a fully IP based network system. With the Marview management software and the use of the Marview touchscreen keyboard, it is possible for each user to program individual monitor settings. Users are therefore able to log in at any control station within the network and use their own settings. The selection and control of the Orlaco cameras is simply performed by use of the touchscreen keyboard. Optionally it is possible to record camera images for all cameras connected within the network. With the Marview system Orlaco fulfils the need for the growing demand of video solutions for the larger video systems which are in need of flexibility for future expansion and user friendly system control.
