Orlaco switches to new permanent carrier

We will shortly begin using a new permanent carrier for consignments within Europe — DPD. We will continue to use UPS for express consignments within The Netherlands and for those outside Europe.

We will be arranging various deliveries through DPD every day for the next few months in order to establish whether everything is going well. We expect to make the final switchover on 1 September.

The change for you will be minimal. Consignments within The Netherlands will continue to be delivered the next day. In some cases consignments outside The Netherlands may take a little longer. Just like now, you will be able to track the status of your consignment via ‘Tracking & Tracing’.

We will do our utmost to ensure a smooth transition. In the unlikely event of errors or problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We have set up a dedicated e-mail address for this purpose: logistics@orlaco.nl.
